Michael is a Jane Collingwood sculpt that I have painted with Genesis Heat set paints, and sealed with a look alive medium. I have given Michael so many translucent layers of paint to build the realistic look of baby skin.
Michael is hand painted, with painted hair as well. Michael is about 17 long with bent legs, and weighs 3lbs 10oz. He is weighted with fine glass beads which makes him feel very realistic to that of a newborn baby. You will even have to support Michael's head. This baby can be a boy or girl, choice is yours. I have been reborning for about 7 years. I put so much love and time into my babies.Michael is perfectly adorable, but he is hand painted. So please keet that in mind.
What is my artistic points of view may not be yours. Hand painted items can feature inconsistencies or slight flaws. Michael is a unique baby as he is a Tru born and is limited edition #46 of only 100 kits. This makes him a great baby to start, or add to your collection!
Please view all his pictures thoroughly. He will come home in a t-shirt, hat, mittens, socks, and his magnetic Honeybug pacifier, unless you choose Michael as a girl. If you would like Michael dressed as a girl, baby will be sent home with my choice of an outfit.
Michael has a magnet placed on the inside of his head behind his mouth. Caution should be taken around electronic items, people with pacemakers, and any and all other situations that magnets may be harmful to or cause interference. Magnets can be fatal if swallowed. Please keep this in mind, especially around younger children.
Michael is a collectors item, not a toy. Michael should not be handled as a toy, and kept as you would keep a collectors item. Michael should never be cleaned with any item containing alcohol, but may be cleaned by wiping down with just water or dusted with a clean blush brush.Extra care should be taken around dark items that may stain the vinyl.
